being negative...

I am not a person who partakes in challenges...crops...competitions etc....i have been on design teams for such a long time that i have never had the time to take part.
But...this one ...i loved the idea....'Think Negative'...this one stuck with me... it is over at Sarahs cards blog...this is the page that i created for the competition. I may ever so slightly be obsessed with Bella Blvd at the moment. When i get my birthday money next week i will be buying more!!!! I am looking for the new Easter line though..called  Spring flings and easter things...someone here in the UK has to be selling it!!! lol...does anyone know anywhere?

This page is about my sons obsession with the comic strip Calvin and Hobbs. And the way that after a while he started to act like him! and got himself into trouble at school... Funnily enough when searching on the internet about this subject...you wouldn't believe the  amount of people whose children had done the same!!!!

I took these photos to document his obsession, little did i know it would turn out this way!!! so a negative in one respect...but it is true what they say about children reading what they love...his reading and understanding of words has come on in leaps and bounds so a positive in another!

Anyway here is my page.

and a close up!

Love layouts like this which really tell a story. Like the punched edges too. Thanks for playing along with the Sarah's Cards challenge :)

Gorgeous LO Wendy. I'm like Helen and love LOs that tell a story. I reall like the bright colours against the white background, and the comic book style you've created.
Thanks for joining in with our challenge.
